Applying for WIC requires:

                Determination of Income eligibility

                Meet with a WIC Specialist

 

     1.  Call the WIC clinic closest to you.

     2.  Download and print the WIC application below and call the WIC clinic closest to       you. The office will provide you an appointment to complete your application.

     3.  Start the application process online at the State of Alaska website. Click here to

begin. The WIC office closest to you will call you to make an appointment to complete your

application process.
